I feel obligated to write this in: That atheism bit in my profile doesn't mean I'm a tainted or marked person. I am not evil, in fact from what I've seen I tend to do the right thing more than most. I was a Christian once. I just got to a point where I couldn't continue to call myself intelligent or freethinking without seriously questioning what I had been taught and reinforced with over the years. I have read into the Christian faith far more than most Christians, so it's not for lack of experience. I have no qualms with Christianity, or Christians. I do, however, have a problem with people saying they believe in one thing while living a completely different lifestyle. That's being two-faced. "Grrr" noise.

I kinda shy and don't go out much. I love to read, read more than most, love to sit down and talk with people, I'm slow to open up but one I feel comfortable around you-I'm very talkative. I am a poet, writer and a southern gentleman (really, I am). I find myself rapidly growing tired of the rat race and extremely discouraged by the way the modern relationship has evolved into a practice of cheating, lying, and deception. I was raised in the country (Notasulga, if your familiar with the area) and tend to exibit the values instilled in me there. When it all boils down I am a goofball and kid at heart who loves to have fun and will venture out to do so at the drop of a hat. As far as my hobbies, I tend to favor the more intellectual pursuits such as reading and such. As a trade, I am a cook, not the 'wrap up this cheeseburger' sort, but more along the lines of 'Here, try this. I can't pronounce what it's called but I know it tastes good".
I currently want nothing more than to start a family. I want to wake up next to the same woman every morning and look into her unmade up face framed by messed up hair and look into her eye-booger crusted eyes and know that she loves me as much as I do her. I want to go to work knowing I have a reason to be there, a reason to struggle. To eventually have a child that I can love and nurture and raise to be a proper and respectful man (or woman). If you're wondering what I'm looking for in a guy I'll go ahead and let you know. I'm not too picky as far as similar interests, or race/ethnicity. I really do want to date a Christian who desires to grow closer to Christ. I'm not looking for perfection. Oh, and it'd also be cool to find someone who isn't completely disgusted by cigarettes. I haven't been able to kick that habit yet. :/

My entire circle of friends in high school were guys, so I think I understand guys pretty well. So, if you decide to be my man I'm not going to make you ditch plans with your guys for me, watch horrendous chick flicks with me, or hold my purse while I'm shopping. I don't even own a purse, and I hate shopping. I will want you to watch horror movies with me because, even though I love them, I get freaked out and I'd love someone to hold my hand during them. :)

If I were to add my self together, the sum this day would be
1. extensive reading for one's first thirty years (if only I were wellread as well as widely).
2. the love of the muses.

First off, I really do not even know why I am using this site. I do not do things like this. I guess I was just bored when I made it and wanted to try something different. I would love to find that special someone...but I doubt that will happen on here. But I am sure I will meet some interesting people.
I will go ahead and say that I am a mother. I have a 18 month old boy. We come as a pacakge. If anyone wants me, then he comes along also. That usually scares the guys away...but that's just how I feel. It kind of sucks sometimes because I know no guy really wants 1)a child that isnt his and 2)a child right now. I would never ask anyone to be a father to him because that's not anyone's responsibility, but the guy in my life would have to care about my son the way he cares about me.

I love to sing in the car or in the shower...although I can't carry a tune if my life depended on it. In other words, unless you're my son...don't ask me to sing. :) I love to dance and just have fun. I enjoy reading...although I don't do it as much as I used to. I usually text on the phone too much, but I'm getting to where I don't care to do it as often. I feel like if anyone wants to have an in-depth conversation with me then they should pick up the phone and call.

Oh...and I love love love football....especially AUBURN FOOTBALL! WDE!
